New Construction Inspection
No home is perfect, not even a new one. After your home is built, I will inspect it to confirm that the work was done properly and according to your specifications and contract.
I will create a punch list for your contractor of any deficiencies so the home is done right when you move in. Then, on the 11th month, re-inspect to make sure no items need to be addressed before the 1 year warranty expires.
